Senior Account Executive
We're hiring our first Senior Account Executive to build the enterprise sales function at Dayos. You know these buyers. You've closed against the AMS incumbent before. Now you'll build the sales function that replaces it.

— 01 / About Dayos
The AI-first systems integrator
Dayos is the AI-first version of the systems integrators and application management firms that have supported enterprise ERPs for decades. We're building this company in Singapore, for the long term.
Hero, our platform, doesn't just watch your systems — it logs in, does the work, and validates the output inside Oracle, Workday, and SAP. At a Singapore enterprise, Hero closed 9 of 10 support tickets that had been open for an average of three weeks, taking roughly 10 minutes per request.
Enterprises spend billions every year supporting Oracle, Workday, and SAP. Much of that work is still manual. We're turning more of it into software. Three years building Hero. Enterprise customers already in production. Now we're closing our seed round and building the Singapore team from the ground up.
— 02 / The role
Carry a quota. Build the team that carries the rest.
You'll own the full enterprise deal cycle across Singapore and the wider APAC region — Oracle, Workday, and SAP shops frustrated with the cost, responsiveness, or quality of their current support model. Six-figure ACV deals into CFOs, CIOs, and heads of finance, HR, and procurement.
You'll also lead and grow our SDR team. Three SDRs to start, more as we scale. You coach them on outbound, run weekly pipeline reviews, hire the next cohort, and be the reason they hit quota.
This is player-coach. You carry your own quota on strategic accounts you source directly or pick up from the SDR team. You also run the team that generates the rest of the pipeline. Both count. You report directly to our founder.
You're not slotting into a mature sales function. You're building it. The playbook, the qualification framework, the account planning cadence, the compensation for the next AE hires: all of that starts with you.
— 03 / Who you'll work with
A founder who's bought what you'll sell
Our founder led Finance Engineering at Robinhood through its IPO, overseeing the same enterprise stack Hero now operates across: Oracle, Workday, Coupa, and Anaplan. Before that he spent 20+ years in Oracle consulting, running enterprise implementations at Fortune 500 companies. You'll partner with him directly on strategic accounts and on the sales function's direction.
You'll also lead our first SDR cohort: recent graduates who are hungry, coachable, and running outbound against named APAC enterprise accounts. Building their capability into a real pipeline engine is a core part of the seat.
— 04 / What you'll do
Own the cycle, end to end
- 01Own the enterprise deal cycle end to end for Oracle, Workday, and SAP customers across APAC. Discovery, technical validation, commercial negotiation, and close
- 02Close six-figure ACV Starter and Pro plan deals with CFOs, CIOs, and heads of finance, HR, and procurement at Fortune 500 and regional enterprises
- 03Lead and coach the SDR team. Weekly pipeline reviews, call reviews, hiring the next cohort, and defending the team's targets
- 04Partner with the founder on the largest strategic accounts, especially named Oracle Advanced Customer Services customers
- 05Feed win/loss detail and competitive intelligence straight back to product and marketing. What you hear on calls shapes the roadmap
- 06Represent Dayos at customer sites and regional events across APAC
- 07Build the enterprise sales playbook that scales past you. Qualification framework, account planning cadence, forecast discipline, and the hiring bar for the next AEs
— 05 / What success looks like
From first signature to predictable ARR
Onboard on Hero, our ICP, and the existing pipeline. Meet every SDR, every active customer, and every open opportunity. Own the pipeline review cadence.
Closing SDR-sourced deals. First customer signature. SDR team clear on your standard for a qualified opportunity.
Consistent monthly closes across your own book. SDR team hitting their monthly customer targets under your coaching. Enterprise sales playbook documented.
Predictable multi-million ARR flow across the team. Second AE hired against real demand. You're the reason the sales function scales.
— 06 / What you bring
You've seen the AMS model up close
You've seen the AMS model up close and you know it's broken. You want to bring your experience to something that finally changes it.
A track record of closing six-figure ACV deals with finance, HR, procurement, or IT buyers at Fortune 500 or regional enterprises.
Ideally current or recent experience at Oracle Advanced Customer Services, a Big 4 AMS practice, or an enterprise SaaS company selling into the same buyer set.
You can speak to what enterprises pay for AMS, what they get for it, and where the gap is.
You've managed at least a small team of BDRs or junior sellers, and you enjoyed it. Coaching is a real strength, not a tolerated responsibility.
Across Singapore and APAC enterprise IT and finance leadership. You can pick up the phone and get a meeting.
You can be in a boardroom on Tuesday morning and coaching an SDR through an objection on Tuesday afternoon.
No mature playbook exists yet, and you'll help write it. Ambiguity doesn't slow you down.
You use them daily and have a point of view on how a lean GTM team should run on them.
— 07 / Compensation and benefits
Uncapped, with founding-team equity

- Base plus uncapped commission and accelerators, designed to compete with the top enterprise sales offers in APAC
