This fee ensures a dedicated, expert-led pilot, covering technical integration with your Oracle/Workday system and providing full access to our features, Hero Answers and Hero Actions. We'll conclude with a detailed ROI analysis based on goals we defined at the start. We view the pilot as the first step in a long-term partnership, ensuring both teams are invested in success.
Your IT team's involvement will be centered around the initial security review and granting secure system access. For business users, their active participation is key.
